Having trouble affording the cost of your prescription drugs? As a resident of Nevada, you and your family have access to a FREE Prescription Drug Card program. Simply download your Prescription Drug Card at NevadaDrugCard.com and receive savings of up to 75% (savings average around 30%) at more than 50,000 national and regional pharmacies. You may create as many cards as you need.
Participating pharmacies include the following: Albertsons/Sav-on Pharmacy, Kmart Pharmacy, CVS/pharmacy, Raley’s Pharmacy, Longs Drug Store and Safeway as well as thousands of independent pharmacies. This program has “LOWEST PRICE” logic to guarantee that you pay the lowest price on your prescriptions (you pay the lower of a discount off the Average Wholesale Price-AWP, a discount calculated off MAC Pricing, or the Pharmacy Promotional/Retail price).
To get your card, enter your name and e-mail address on the NevadaDrugCard.com website to generate a printable membership card. This card is pre-activated and can be used immediately.
Our local Raley’s Market participates in this program, but Wal-Mart doesn’t. However, the local Wal-Mart Pharmacy does provide a large number of prescription and OTC drugs for $4/30-day supply and $10/90-day supply rates.
